Week 1
Diagnose
Understand goals, customer acquisition, sales, delivery, workflows, financial reporting, team responsibilities and owner dependence.
Boundless Growth Intensive
A 30-day business diagnostic with focused initial implementation for established owner-led businesses.
Growth should strengthen the business, not create more work for its owner. We examine where performance, systems and responsibility are becoming disconnected.
Across revenue, operations, financial visibility and owner independence, we work with leadership to identify constraints and begin focused improvements. The Intensive is designed for owner-led service businesses, typically at $2M–$10M in annual revenue.
Apply for a Growth IntensiveWeek 1
Understand goals, customer acquisition, sales, delivery, workflows, financial reporting, team responsibilities and owner dependence.
Week 2
Identify the most important revenue leaks, operational bottlenecks, reporting gaps and dependencies. Where reliable data permits, quantify their economic impact.
Week 3
Agree on a focused intervention, affected stakeholders, communication needs, responsibilities and a practical sequence for improvement.
Week 4
Begin the agreed priority improvement, support the people adopting it, establish performance and adoption measures, and hand over the 90-day action plan.
Your primary deliverable
A working plan that connects priorities, responsibilities, team engagement and measurement of both performance and adoption. The roadmap covers the business; implementation begins with a defined priority. Rebuilding every function is not included in a 30-day engagement. Estimates depend on available data.
Four connected business priorities
More revenue matters when the business can deliver it profitably, see the results and operate without every decision returning to its owner.
01 / Revenue
Connect demand, conversion, pricing and consistent sales execution.
Explore all four revenue dimensions →02 / Operations
Reduce manual administration, connect systems and improve the handoffs between teams.
03 / Financial visibility
Connect sales and delivery to margins, reporting, invoicing and cash collection.
04 / Owner independence
Give people the processes, authority and knowledge to take responsibility.
Change management across CARVE
A better strategy or system only creates value when people can put it into practice.
We bring change management and facilitation into the work: involve the people affected, clarify decisions, address concerns and build the capability to use new ways of working.
From leadership coaching and operating improvements to transition readiness, venture planning and education, adoption is part of the plan.
The commercial pathway
Diagnose
Understand the constraints and begin activating the highest-value changes.
Build
Where appropriate, implement the agreed priority improvements with your team through a separately scoped engagement.
Advise
Continue advising leadership as the business measures, refines and strengthens the business.
The relationship can continue beyond the diagnostic. The right next step depends on your priorities, capacity and agreed scope.
